Christmas Markets in Cracow (Targi Bożonarodzeniowe w Krakowie)

Christmas Markets take place in Cracow every year from the beginning of December.
They are located on the Main Square and include a lot of stands with christmas decorations, christmas trees, local food etc. The most popular are however the stands that offer a local type of mulled wine, called Grzaniec Galicyjski. For many Cracovians it is almost a tradition to buy a cup of this wine during Christmas Markets.

  1. I'm delighted to find your lovely blog! My husband and I are planning to visit Cracow, after hearing from our daughter how beautiful it is. She was there at Easter with her school choir and orchestra. Perhaps you'll recognise some of the churches in this video?
